About us

Apex Building Inspection Services is owned and operated by Richard Reeves who is a qualified builder with 30 years experience in the South Australian building industry. He has been performing building inspections for more than 15 years throughout the Adelaide metropolitan area. Richard has completed a wide range of qualifications through TAFE S.A., The University of Adelaide and The Construction Industry Training Board. He has also been the recipient of an award by the Prime Minister of Australia for reducing poverty and achieving sustainable development in developing countries through building projects. Richard is active in pursuing continual professional development and is a current member of the Association of Building Consultants.

Apex Building Inspection Services offer a range of services and specialises in pre- purchase building inspections on new and established homes in Adelaide. Other services include hand-over building inspections of new homes, advice on alterations and renovations, assessment of specific building problems including cracking / movement and dampness issues and swimming pool safety barrier compliancy inspections.
